I had been stop for 2 days of game play and wasted my tera club duration.

The reason because I tried to use VPN to decrase the lag and get detected by the game server, they banned (User Authentication Failed) me login from my local machine, I tried login success in CC but not in my home pc.

The only solution is format (reinstall my windows), the whole 27gb TERA that I backup previously also not working (keep crashing), I end up re-download the game now and its ETA 2 days ;(

The lesson is dont try to use any VPN or proxies, once kena detect then you will pain in the ass.

Tried it and it wont work too, really kind of pissed me off.

Even their customer support take age to reply on our ticket, I read many of them complaining about the customer service, some of them take more than a month to reply their question.

In this case, I just reformat my pc rather than waiting for their slow support.

It's 2 hour remaining to finish my download again, thanks god I'm back
