IGN: Prettyfly (Fraya)

Anyone faced this problem?
After the patch, my chat window has completely disappeared from the game. Options, chat buttons, nothing works (unless there's an invisible chat toggle i don't know of). No it's not minimized. Support hasn't responded.

Can't play like this, no communication whatsoever. Can't even ask Guild or Global chat regarding problem.
