To get it working with missions with respawn enabled:

waitUntil {sleep 0.1; alive _this};
[_this,"lyn_logo"] call BIS_fnc_setUnitInsignia;

Legal violations by A3L: Arma 3 life

Don't support these thieves. They are monetizing stolen content from actual content authors themselves violating content license etc. BI told them to stop but they're still at it. So, DO NOT CASH IN.

Ping is not the main issue now for A3. The game still doesn't perform as good as A2OA did in MP. It's getting there give it some time. This has always been the case for ArmA series.
