Pihak CMT ( Complaint Management Team ) Kota Kinabalu memohon maaf diatas kelewatan menjawab aduan tuan/puan disebabkan pihak CMT menunggu jawapan dari pihak Unit ND ( Network Development / Bahagian Projek ).

My area got the white box installed today together with the number on it, about a week after installing the cables, now waiting for service to be activated. Seems like the contractors pulling the fibre are delaying the job, because other blocks in my apartment can't get the white box installed due to no cables pulled yet.
