And it just less than 1KM those old residential area got Unifi coverage.
So it should be very easy to continue expand the extend of residential area.

Just continue keep raise up to MCMC until cover the Unifi coverage.


Unfortunately, the Celcom Fibre internet plan is quite expensive than Unifi.
And I guess for the available Celcom Fibre, it should be wait for more than 10 years again and currently only available for Sabah coverage.

In terms of provider, TM still monopoly. Is just which infra they use. Sofia/sacofa, no news on their plan for home broadband it seems, just the deploying the infra.

No. It's all standardise no matter where you apply.

No need to pay if you follow their standard installation. If you want to customise like wire go over the ceiling, or wire longer than the provided length, then there will be additional charges you need to pay to contractor.

Careful, some will try to cheat you. I filed complain to TM earlier cause the installer team that came say raceway casing not included for standard installation. Even after I show proof from TM own unifi website that it is. Mati mati insisted need me to pay more.
Tiu the fellows, told them to leave. There after I filled complain and open case with TM. Now wait new installer team come.

damn Terrorkom and their contractor, slow as snail

been staring at the unifi box which was installed on the pole just behind my house since CNY till now, contacted TM few times, yet they told me service aren't available in my taman yet
told them the box was there since CNY, yet they still can confirm when the service will be available, just keep on telling me soon! soon!

I traced the fiber cable in my taman, but can't find any fiber exchange box in vicinity, last mile gone underground, dunno where it gone to, the old analog exchange it's still there

Been chasing them for the unifi since 5 years back

Dude.....in my case, the fiber cable was hanging up in the pole without Fiber Distribution Box for two years.

Don't depend on 100, they are not up to date. Go to tmpoint and register. Before this 100 said my area no coverage, but I go to tmpoint and they said can register. In less than a week unifi is up and running.

they managed to find the box behind my house, together with the associate status, it's not up yet
from the map I can see surrounding taman all got unifi already, just that pocket of my taman doesn't have any yet, the agent told me should be up & running by the end of this year....
haiz... gotta wait for few more months again

before the site taken down, manage to check my unifi on 1st phase (aug-dec 2019), reconfirm with TM Point, also say aug-dec. but so far not yet turbo-ed

Now waiting for Celcom to up their game too!
