turns out my out of warranty TM rubbish bin router start to have big issues now. Just bought a high end router and this is the result

Unifi down for anyone else? Just went dead for me in Kuchinh

No idea coz didn't use Internet middle of the night. Woke up this morning and everything is fine.

so far my friends in matang/pj does face unifi problem last nite tho around 1am~

Yes, last night at 1AM to 5AM my internet and phone line was down. Kuching.

Internet down again?

According to my router logs, Unifi was disconnected two times last night. First time PPP was disconnected at exactly 1 AM. Second time within same hour, the Ethernet link from ONU/BTU was totally down for about 10 minutes. Since it started at exactly 1 AM and the ONU/BTU even seems to have restarted, I'm guessing TM did something.

I'm not sure what time mine went down, but it's now around 1am'ish and it's completely down, still waiting for it to come back up, using 4g atm. Phone also cannot be used on unifi. I'm in Luyang.

What is the better router for UNIFI? Planning to replace the bundle one. Budget around RM300. Need large coverage for wifi signal.

What is your subscription speed and how big is your house.

if you don't mind, top a little get deco m4 (around 360). I can get decent coverage over my double storey house.

Mine is 100mbps. My house is tall but not big, it's a 3 storey house. My router is at the ground floor. I barely get signal from 3rd floor.
Will a powerline adapter works for me?

I'm not sure, I've not use it before. The result of using powerline can be different due to the condition of wiring and interference etc.

Change to a 4 antenna type of router can boost the signal to 3rd floor or not. Really frustrated now. Or use 2 Unit of mesh wifi?
