So far as I understand all development by PUTRAJaya holding don hav bumi allocation unit, mean no bumi discount. Maybe I'm wrong. The 15% discount is for all petronas staff (bumi n non bumi).

The main income for PUTRAJaya holding is from rental collection from govt for all the kementerian n agencies HQ building. However, all have completed n not more new building for govt. Mean no addtional rental coming in as a result no more new building for govt. That y now PUTRAJaya holding start looking private company to join and more commercial hub will coming. Presint 8 is one of it and presint 15 too. Location of presint 8 it is just beside cyberjaya n it is surrounded with few universities. For example, MMU, lim kok WENG, CUCMS & TM institution in cyberjaya and HerIot Watt in PUTRAJaya.  Besides that, Cancer institution & hospital also just nearby to presint 8 which mean more expert n proffesional coming in. The infrastructure in PUTRAJaya is really perfect,  Public transport got ERL straight to KL town n the distance is less than 2km from presint 8 & coming soon MRT n monorail maybe. With MEX highway driving to KL town is less than 30 mins. The best is the lake view with all beautiful bridges . Just my thought.

Beautiful lake view is the wining point for PUTRAJaya township. Even cyberjaya also showing photo tangkap gambar PUTRAJaya lake as selling point.. Hehehe... Correct?

Is it a dropped-out unit from previous buyer? Congratz to able secure higher-floor unit as I reckon they were the first to be snapped~ 

It's not a bumi discount. It's an employee discount. Cina, india if work with Petronas group of companies can also get discount. Speak with ur brain, not with ur knee ok?

And no need to complain about "staff discount". If you work with Mah Sing, get early bird selection and "staff price", think what other ppl will think? No need double standard.

I guess spewing brainless accusation and trolling about his Cyberjaya superiority is fine but trying to correct the FUD is deemed sarcastic? I often post here in a nice way even when seeing blatant sweeping statement with no grain of truth. But for some reason, his countless mentions about the incorrect 15% bumi discount (here and in his treasured Cyberjaya thread) really took the cake. 

So here's a summary. Perhaps he could print this and post-it on his work desk so that he will be mindful on how his trolling can tick people off:

- 25% discount for govt staff, all races
- 15% discount for Petronas staff, all races
- 7% discount for Bumi who are neither govt staff or Petronas

- xx% discount + early pick for nice units for SP Setia staff, all races
- xx% discount + early pick for nice units for IJM staff, all races
- xx% discount + early pick for nice units for YTL staff, all races

Retiree not sure. Maybe cannot coz 500k superlink with deduction 25% discount still quite a handful to an average retiree.

My aunt, a normal govt staff, bought a super nice terrace for about 300k after discount. One of those nice terraces with garden in front & cul-de-sac parking at the back. If at Desa Park City, probably 1.2mil. LOL

The retirees are also qualified for 25% discount (with lock-in of 20 years). They have regular stream of income (pension) and it comes with anual increment which is good enough to cover the inflation. most importantly, they have 'golden handshake'. Can apply loans from banks la.
