Phase 2 project almost completed due to sold at higher price thus project team can claim more from the banker. Also just until level 17 vs 21 level for phase 1. Phase 1 sold mostly to the internal staffs thus progress slower and post dibs lesser to pay the bank. LAD some more.

However overall project is targeted to complete by Q4.

Anyway, does anybody know VP should be together with Strata Title or not? As per new strata act..

How much are you paying the bank now?

I'm taking Maybank loan and paying monthly just under RM1k due to the expiry of the DIBS during construction period. I had to start paying the bank since May 2016.

Same here. Starts paying from June 2016 due to expiring of DIBS.
Usually during VP developer will clear LAD after taking into account the outstanding interest owed by purchaser. Not necessarily user to send notice as its their obligation under SPA.

Hopefully the LAD amount is as per according to the SPA. Otherwise need to bring the dispute to Tribunal.

Maybe house purchasers can discuss with each other when nearing VP to ensure our rights protcted
