Apparently Aura Residence was advertised as exclusive low-density development by PJH...although the location is much more inferior than Tamara. Putrajaya property is actually good for both ownstay and investment as the infrastructure and landscaping is definitely impressive. It is not good for flipper though.

If not mistaken Tamara already sold-out. It will be better to go personally to PJH Marketing Suite and check yourself if you are interested to purchase PJH property.

Means that the development progress is behind schedule. If not mistaken the main contractor has already been changed by PJH to rectify this. The new contractor now catching-up with the construction.

Tamara construction getting faster by days. Saw several tower cranes already operational at site~ Further up the road PJH is developing something by the lakeside..

Its better PJH dont push the completion early as to make sure that contractor do not compromise on the workmanship. Rushing job is not good...

Tamara construction seems on-track and well~ notworthy.gif notworthy.gif I supposed Ayer 8 businesses are also picking-up but guess it need more quality tenant/shops.

Similarly Dwiputra Residence by SP also progressing super fast.. shocking.gif

Oh in that case Pjh still have time to minimize compensation. Doubt that the project can be completed by middle of this year though. Nearby Fera semi-D also yet to VP though the houses were launched way earlier. In the mean time, hopefully Ayer@8 commercials will mature. Any prediction on the rental rate for Tamara? hmm.gif
