Anyone here tried the Fixed deposit - overdraft facilities before?

I had deposited 300K with OCBC premier banking.

Suddenly i want to buy a leasehold house with 300K. The house lease term is short, i must buy the house with cash first, after that renew the lease and do refinance.

I do not wish to lose the premier banking status and fd interest.

May i know how's the overdraft with pledge FD work? how much the bank will allow for overdraft limit ?

how much is the interest rate for overdraft ? i dont mind to pay a little interest to them.

I want to maintain the PB status because next year i need to do refinance. I dont mind to pay interest.
My documents is not very strong because of very high commitment. Just hope that if PB status is maintain, refinance my old house will be easier to approve.

2 weeks ago i placed 50K FD at Ambank for 1 year.

May i know if i cancel FD now, do i need to pay penalty or 0% interest only.

If i apply FD pledge personal loan overdraft, what is the interest rate? Is this overdraft will record in CCRIS ?

I had joined OCBC premier. But i dont see i get much benefits from it.

Welcome gift is a travel bag. They dont give free credit card like others.

Why they dont issue Visa i or world mastercard ?

May i know how can i maximize my benefits as premier ?
(The only way i know is drink more instant coffee to gain max benefits)
