I have doubt about CIMB FD. In its website, http://www.cimbbank.com.my/index.php?ch=ge...k&tpl=gen_rates, it shows Tier 1 and Tier 2.
What's Tier 1 and Tier 2 in this case? What's the difference?
The interest rates are different.
