Hi,, everyone.. im 18 years old and waiting for my spm result.. since im 5 years old, im chubby.. it gets worse when i started primary school..
from chubby little kid to obese child.. i weigh 50 kg during darjah 5. now,, im 77kg and i manage to lose 2 kg 2 weeks before.. my goal is 52kg. oh yeah,, im 155cm tall.. help me!! icon_question.gif


oh yeah,, i started working out last week by doing 30 min of dancing and rope jumping.. rclxm9.gif not daily though.. i just want slow and steady weight loss.. not that extreme kind where they stick to one-kind-food diet.. hehe.. well,, i guess u guys can support me..? will ya? biggrin.gif

You have posted in a Journal. I dont think I need to explain what is it for. So do you intend to keep a journal of its a general question that you are posting.

If its a general question, then please close the thread and open at H&F
