Hi,

i got the same problem as well. I just sign up VIP 5 package. I the ping checked in cmd.exe to dota2 network server in SG.

1. sgp-1.valve.net - SE Asia 1 (Singapore)
2. sgp-1.valve.net - SE Asia 2 (Singapore)

also check the ping in game, and the ping is OKAY.
Just dont understand why I still having constant SPIKE in game. Keep having those connection network (red words) on top of my right screen.

Is this something to do with the router/moderm or just unifi??

I just want to play dota2 at home, and tbh this is quite frustrating.
