Streamyx 4Mbps, same issue.

ping <100ms but packet loss 10~20% consistently.

Total shit.

Played in the afternoon, perfect at ~20ms with 0% packet loss.

Now at 2130, ping is higher at around 100 with slight packet loss.

I believe the peak is around 2200 - 0000 where ping will stay above 100 and packet loss is consistent.

Been happening for a week now.

Seems like people from other countries are not complaining.

I think it's something to do with TM.
