Dota 2 Lag/Server/Delay Issues, Unifi/Streamyx/Maxis, etc etc

damn it,really fcuk that packet loss after update,previously was ok,it gone worse when i stream live game,pay for lag...
do you all feel spiky when watching live game? |

I'm ok with it dy,i thk 1/50 animation miss or maybe 1/100,so basically it's fine after so much of update
