Previously using unifi stock dlink modem, i experience lagging and spiking even with single pc user for 10mbps, call unifi cs no help, and no matter how i switch to other wifi channel or set to 20mhz still the same, lastly i change the wifi router (asus brand) and problem solved.i've tried ip address with 175.xx & 115.xx
