MAYLAND!!!! I buy their project Parc Regency at JB.
Studio unit, they said will got a free parking, but it is means "bebas" not "percuma". We all thought that it is free parking. at the end they told us, they have allocated few parking lots as "visitor/studio". we parking as "bebas" with visitor. In our S&P, mentioned Nil in the column Assessor Parcel. we got cheat!!!! their price is cheapest in JB area (compare with others apartment). So they use this trick to cheat us to buy their property!! NEVER TRUST THEM!!! AVOID TO BUY MAYLAND PROJECT!!! |

MCT.. VP with over 50 major defects, build wall not is not straight, wavy plaster ceiling, tiles that crack, shitty furnishing, shitty defect team response.

Sorry i dont know where is Heron, u ask sifu here about Heron. Thanks |
