POSB/DBS cannot? but when i open the account, even i bring my pass, they just check my pass and then request for my malaysia passport and IC, no minimum require initially, but you have to deposit money in after the account open to avoid charges.

EP, after u submit form, probably 4 working days.

No, I opened an account with POSB Bukit Panjang Branch with just my IPA. Not EP. I this is my 3rd time stating this.
You got your IPA already, means you just need to go to EPSC after u complete your medical check-up and submit the necessary documents as requested in the IPA.
After that, they will tell you when to collect your EP.

I opened my account with Malaysia IC only 5 years ago, now they have tightened the rules which required proof of residence.
Overheard from my HR that certain branch will not entertain IPA at all.

A)woodlands take,950. kranji take 170/CW. these buses  heading toward JB(Larkin/kotaraya), so they will go through custom as well, just alight when everyone do so, and move to clear custom, would be upstair. then go back down you will see all bus service down there.if you miss the bus, dont worry, u still can board next bus using ezlink or bus ticket(applicable only for same bus service).

B) where are you going actually? if you already take bus from woodlands mrt,you got bus ticket, just use back same ticket to board the bus. for ezlink, just rescan only.

C) if you didn't look suspicious and didn't bring any illegal thing, just walk only. JB custom only check if you look suspicious. woodlands CIQ does not clear for those leave SG, only check when come in SG.
    i never knew that we need to be aware of something. unless u talking about JB instead of custom la. JB u need to be aware of scratch and win only. hope i ans your question.
