there's discount with voice&data plans if you signed contract without the phone. Not advisable to so do if you plan to get a phone soon. Singtel is a good choice smile.gif

just be patient. keep on trying. did you provide them with a local address & local contact number ? Maybe you could check out the Job Enlistment in the local newspapers next month while you are attending the concert.
