I have a few friends who are taking Mechanical Engineering at Notts. They say the lecturers there are quite good but the fees are high (its about RM30k per year the last time I checked). What pre-u are you talking about? A-levels? STPM?
IINM, If you complete your course in 3 years, you will be classified with BEng but if you take the extra 4th year, you will be awarded with MEng.
