After standardisation? Does that imply that Malaysian marking standards are not really on par with UK marking schemes?

It needs to standardized because in our degree it stated there we are graduated from
The University Of Nottingham. There's no
Malaysia Campus stated. Therefore standardization is required, otherwise our degree will be ...graduated from
The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. Now that just sucks.

About the mobility program, is it really that we pay malaysia fee to study in UK ?
Yes, during second year you are able to study at Nottingham UK while paying the Malaysian Campus' fee. Only during your second year. If you plan to continue and graduate at Nottingham UK, I believe you have to pay according to their price, instead of Malaysia's.

well...the marking standards are almost the same, but then, malaysia paper is harder than uk paper...that's my 2 cents for ene...I am not joking!!! my marks before the standardization were lower than after... for example, i've got around 60+ for my programming in the 1st sem. However, my marks increased to 70 after their standardization!!! then again, i'm not too sure whether are they standardizing our marks with the uk people, or the lecturers here had a change of thought for leniency....
I assume you are doing Computer Science? Well for CSiT, exam papers are tougher than UK, I would have to agree. But not when it comes to business school. Whenever the lecturer decided to follow UK exam paper standards, you'll able to see some unhappy faces among students

wow +_+ so many surprises in marking scheme +_+.. lol ... today you get 40 and the next thing you know ,you get 50 ><..
Honestly, that's rarely happens. Most of the time your mark will remain the same. I'm not certain for Pharmacy and Engineering school. But for CSiT it's that way (sometimes people do get lucky and their mark got increased).
