Do you know why? It's really bugging me because when i send messages, my friends receive it like 30 minutes or maybe more after and its damn hard to make calls. I heard that Celcom has the best coverage here, is that true?

As far as I am concerned I have met their requirements. Haha. Just that I am not from A-lvls nor SAM so i might not have the priorities.
Anyway, are they going to call or send in letters for the offer for undergraduate studies(If i am being accepted). Because I might be working so I won't be able to pick up calls.

Apparently went I went back the whole place turned pitchblack. In campus is not affected, but I believe they will run out of backup electricity from the generators too.
