i believe mostly active/hardcore players (those who still play the game till this day) enabled the authenticator, and that amount of players holds pretty small percentage of the whole d3 account base. because lets face it, the authenticator is free, so why not use it ? it is no wonder they got breached.most who just played the game on the first 1-3 months (i have ALOT friends where last login date >100 days, i believe you have too) their account are quite potential to be hacked
and to make it worse, blizzard's password authorisation IGNORE CASE SENSITIVITY!!
