Fortunately, I had enough information to look over this for you. 
Just from looking at your Trace Route you attached, there is quite clearly an issue with your connection. If you look at hops 3-6,
it would definitely be something to contact your ISP about. Once the connection hits your ISPs network, all responses cease.
