While Sakurai is still suffering from his illness, he's still working on the project. And it surely didn't stop him from writing a column for Famitsu. We can also post updates about his health too. |

Target is saying that the release date for Smash is 29th August 2014.
It's an estimation guys. Don't get too hyped up yet. It's the last month of Summer and it happens to be a Friday, which is Nintendo's preferred date to release games. My money is actually going for 3 weeks before that date. Besides, who doesn't like 8 August 2014? |

Sick! I know I made the right decision to wait for the Wii U version.
Looks like Nintendo is definitely doing it right. Forcing those who owns the 3DS version to get a Wii U. That strategy will definitely increase Wii U sales, I hope by a lot. |

I agree more isnt better at all, plus the 3ds is pushed to its max hardware ability spec wise from gameplay, albeit drawback from online multiplayer lagginess ouch......
Good thing nintendo really focus on wii u on this one and try to revive wii u sales before nxt metroid,next zelda,next animal crossing etc arrived. |

played the game on 3DS...not bad also...even though im using streamyx wifi, its still quite good speed...
but i need some quick tutorial how to play the game...totally clueless how to play this game...hahaha...i know basic moves...but when i see people executing crazy moves on utube...im amazed!! plus i no idea how to unlock characters!! |

It's a rare case but most of the community got it from Smash anyway. So just to be sure don't play the For Glory if possible, until they fix it at least. Just to be on the safe side of things. Better safe than sorry.

Quite fun to play on line, for glory mode, one on one. Very smooth playing and mostly facing Japanese player. Most of them are so pro and not easy to win a single game.

hey guys.. playing Super smash bros for the wii u now... problem is the online multiplayer is sooooo lagging. Is this because im connected to the US server instead of malaysia? cause I selected US as country when i registered

It doesn't matter which country your ID registered.
Playing on early morning 6am sure you hardly meet asian player since everyone still sleeping. Try play on 6pm onwards, you will meet mostly asian player, which the connection is very smooth. |
