U also agree with me that no matter how unattractive US+Europe+Japan is, we STILL need to have some exposure to balance/diversify our portfolio? smile.gif
*
Yes. I agree that diversification maximize the possibility to get healthy return in long term investment especially UT. But not to get biggest n fastest return like future and stock game.

Ya, not sure why SI doesn't have the 1%sc? Maybe Hwang wants to encourage investors to go into Aiiman SI now.

You have the funds?
*
Good thing doesn't come cheap..I buy in Hwang Select Income today..hold too much risky equity atm. Rebalance it to 40% Fix Income / 60% Equity. cool2.gif cool2.gif

Yea... You consider Hwang SI as fixed income in your portfolio breakdown?
*
Yes Kaka, I do not have balance fund, refer back to it's structure bond>equity, and risk level of 4 (even OSK EMB =5, and much volatile), it definately a fixed income as what I categorized. and this Hwang SI I plan to invest in long term ( each month add in)

If you are looking for 100% equity, why don't you just use that amount to buy 1 good stock(ambank, maybank) + 1 reits+1 good dividen stock and keep? its basically same...right? and the potential gain 100% ,200% are greater and faster...

If u were worried about the steam in equities, why didn't u look at Hwang Select Income? KidSave is a 50/50 balanced fund, overweight Malaysia (70% at least). hmm.gif
*
Sifu, I am having 25% of total investment in Hwang Select Income. OSK Kidsave have about 5% only. Today swift all from RHB bond into Hwang select income as well...yea..need to have bullet nvm top up cash management fund long time ago already.

Bro..what trend you use or follow saying that crash will not come anytime soon, 4-5 years to go?
*
Yea...I dont think Europe will be on track so fast, US market quite rely on data as well, Emerging Market...Inflation heating, slow GDP growth. Asia too hot now, keep on up, up, up...Japan, playing fire. Only left China are in the process of slowly transforming and silently getting stronger. Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine and Thailand..What if US stop QE 3 ?? Kapom Kapom....so better keep cash.

rclxms.gif wow, you shifted out of RHB bond....good move....me still hv to wait for ROI to +1%+2%....hope fully can achieve that by Oct....
because the problem bond asked for 3 yrs deferment till feb 2015.....i think by 2014 they would know if the bond can default or not.
*
Yeah..Acually RHB bond did bring decent return to me compare to Ambond..Today it reach 2.43% and I decided to switch to Hwang Select Income.

2.43%....in 6 mths i think.......you will hv to pay 1% exit fees if you hold less than 1 yr...than another 2% if you buy into HSI.?
*
Yes, I did that. Looking into long term investment for 10 , 20, 30 years maybe..lolx
