initially when Dell setup in Cyberjaya, it was meant for IT engineering or so called R&D and Operation for global support. guess what, management and I would say ppls skerew up the whole opportunity. most of the engineering team are gone.But the good news is since Dell globally is not doing well in business & on cost cutting , Dell now will prefer fresh graduate with starting salary 2.5K of plus additional allowances and OT.Basically it a deskjob and if you are part of the Operation team then good luck make sure you can work nite shift. But overall it a nice , simple job though their advertisement will said how good and technical you got to be.Most of the pioneer worker in Cyberjaya who start to work from the TMnet building and Prima 6 building before moving to the new permanenet building in IT department mostly gone and resign, those senior are the one with highly technical and experieces, hire during the early day by the US Manager.
Conclusion for fresh graduate or those looking for lepak job, good choice.
