I recieved a call from Dell HR, they do offer me quite high . so if I take it the offer, I'll be in Dell CJ soon....
Well the interview aint so tough for those experience guy, u only need to talk and talk but no bullshit for sure they wil reserve a position for u
few times they conducted a phone interview with me and finally I meet the guys face 2 face, I still have a problem I do not know whether I will take it the offer or not.. if yes than I have to work on 12 hrs shift and no leave on saturday sunday damn...

but to be honest dell is good, but still can't beat my current joined MNC company

well, presure aint that really my obstacles, if u go to any MNc's company U will have this kind of cultural, other dept will taichi u and u will start to taichi others, I've been working for more than 5 years with MNc's company I see many ppl in and out bcoz of the pressure that they can't take it, fortunately I still survive
so it depend on ur self how u handle it.. and for me I will only feel composure if someone point the pump gun on my head and ask me to settle the calculus within a second

that would be my secret I will let u know once after I decided to go or do not.. Yes I agree and I can expect for that since my current company really press me like a slave but I'm getting accustom with the situation already, If u've experienced with manufacturing these are the things that u can't deny it, have to look at this on postitive perspective... ppl are demanding so company is getting pressure to cater the demand so they have no other choice except press u till the limit...
base on my experience if u go with MNc company especially from euro or US they're really concern about time and how do u resolve the issue quickly.. btw they offer me at 5k ++ a month...

well, if manager I would rather stay with my current company if the offer is just 5k, but the problem is still I have to work on 12hrs shift miss my weekend and and have to wake up early at the morning.....

Hm Good position though, I heard dell in CJ looking for at least 1000-1300 new staff, they really have many position especially in IT fields,

Did u also get offer by DELL, hmm the interviewer ask me to join them asap, but still I have to give 2 mths notice with my current company

but sure I will reveal it soon ... no worry still plenty of available jobs in dell CJ... the buidlding havent ready as yet and the interveiwer told me within 2 year time or less it should be ready, for time being, DELL staffs will be located in TM net buidling,, all of Global IT will be in the same floor dunno for other depts,
No, I apply thru a jobstreet, actually I don't even applied the positions, the jobstreet agent gone thru my resume and experience and we're having tel con then interview several time and I got the job

Oh >5 years experience from Mnc manufacturing company as well, hmm I'm doing more with IT technical, but I hate shift working patern still haven't decided whether want to go or withdraw my application, btw tomorrow I will have to come and collect my offer letter ad CJ....

they've told me that,,, but I need sometime to make a right choice, to be honest my old company offering me less than what been offered by DELL, but I'm still confuse,, everything look good with DELL

I ask for salary increase another 5% from dell and after waiting for 2 weeks I recieved a positive feedback from them
hmm btw where is the dell building? my guess maybe new building with at least 5 floor and do we need to pay for the parking if park the car inside dell building?
