erm. i've just accepted an offer at Dell as System Analyst in Cyberjaya. They offer me 2.8k basic + 150 fixed transportation allowance and im also entitled for overtime pay. quite interesting ha... we're the pioneer in Dell Cyberjaya. I only have 2 yrs experience in system administration, btw.

let me share with u the interview experience. but before that, i applied for the post thru jobstreet. then dell called me up and asked 5 technical questions over the phone. i managed to answer the questions and they set an interview appointment for me.

2 mat saleh interviewed me. well u just have to be urself. the good thing about dell is that ... well actually, the interview is for 'security analyst' position. i've explained myself well in the interview that my interest is more towards systems and networking. ive explained to em my plans n career goals. so, the beauty is that, althou i was interviewed for 'security analyst' position, they offered me 'system analyst', bcos of my interest in the subject,

my advice, during the interview, ask em more on the job duties.. get to know what do they expect u to do. if u ask them good questions, high chance u'll get it.

walk-in-interview was sometime ago, i guess. came across the advert on TheStar newspaper. not sure whether they still have it right now/not.
