not to be a party pooper, but i used to work in dell bayan lepas b4...as sales and also tech support....the pay is good(on par or even higher than other MNCs) but the working conditions there is really bad...they work you till you drop, literally...most people work there as a freshie just to gain experience and turnover's quite high, hence the mass hiring for techies at the mo...if you feel that you can take the sh*t the management dishes out, go for it...just give yourself a time limit of 2-3 years then cabut from that place as exp working there is quite invaluable...my 2 cents
