pening.. i think me too must wait for that much time dee...
yup i also want to know about usually what they ask about during the face to face interview... is anybody here know about it ??

I have a friend who will join DELL next month in Penang. Interview is done via phone call, and the question about RAID and something. He will supporting Level 2 but have to work in shift. Salary is quite OK, RM2.7K. He got experience btw about 3 yrs something.

After my second interview (face 2 face) they called me to discuss on salary and packages offered. Everything going smooth and I will start to work there on next month June 2006. Thank all .... cheers

i applied job at dell but no 1 call me. i've found all dell's position need experienced people.

nice~ wat position u applied for? Btw... anyone interested in getting into IT support, Dell is mass hiring people lately, just keep your eyes opened for walk in interviews...

i heard DELL ( Business Support Center ) is going to relocate from Bayan Lepas to Cyberjaya in a few years time.....

not to be a party pooper, but i used to work in dell bayan lepas b4...as sales and also tech support....the pay is good(on par or even higher than other MNCs) but the working conditions there is really bad...they work you till you drop, literally...most people work there as a freshie just to gain experience and turnover's quite high, hence the mass hiring for techies at the mo...if you feel that you can take the sh*t the management dishes out, go for it...just give yourself a time limit of 2-3 years then cabut from that place as exp working there is quite invaluable...my 2 cents
