well, it just happened that today i went to hunt for keyboards also. so i can tell u abit.

There a loads of keyboard to choose from. Samsung to Logitech to Microsoft.
Logitech keyboard are mostly full keyboard but in a slim and durable body.
If u want a mini keyboard, u have to bear with the unknown brand.
I saw one mini keyboard which is quite nice and all, its only rm39.00. how cheap is that?

There are these ultradurable and indestructable mini rubber keyboard. It pretty cool, u can fold it step on it, wash it. anything. Its around rm39.00
BUt u better try typing on it first bcos its not that comfortable to type on.

The major companies only comes in full keyboard. i donno why..maybe i didnt see it.
For RM169, u can get a logitech wireless full keyboard which i also wanna buy, but in the end i didnt becoz its big and comes with a mouse which i dont need.

In the end of my hunt, i only found the one and only iluminated keyboard from some crappy company. Rm69 only. i will give this lousy brand a chance.

conclusion. For below rm100 u can get a good keyboard.
happy hunting
.

btw, i went to ALL IT MARKET in LY.

hey dude,

the indestructable keyboard is rm39.
i tried it. it doesnt feel comfortable. since its rubbery, so u need to apply a little bit more force type it.

the illuminated keyboard is rm69.
this one..i must say its cool. in fact its the coolest. Theres only ONE In the market.
Its lights up in a very cool blue colour and the keyboard is white.
It may look very cheap to you though..u better check it out first.

i got no choice but to get it just bcos it lights up. If not the logitech backlight keyboard will cost rm200 plus and will all those gamers button which is useless to me.

I recommend Microsoft's Comfort Curve keyboard series. The latest Logitech keyboards are a hugh disappointment imo so I made the switch to M$. Best of all, all the buttons already work with WindowsXP =D

But remember this, if you're hooking up a normal USB keyboard to a Dell lappie, there might be a BIOS conflict. Nothing harmful though, all you have to do is turn off some settings in the BIOS.

Just a suggestion. Im using this Samsung Pleomax Crystal usb keyboard which also acts as a USB Hub. Has 2 USB Ports, 1 at either side. Also has hotkeys for opening email, IE,My computer ...etc......

Got it for RM60 notworthy.gif 5 months back. Might be cheaper now....

I highly recommend the Happy Hacking keyboard from PFU. I got the Lite2 version from GeekStuff4U for USD$77 including shipping (from Japan).

This little gem is extremely small in size, while the keys are all full-sized. The entire keyboard occupies only as much space as the main keys on a regular keyboard. Here's a comparison of the Happy Hacking Keyboard Lite2 with my Microsoft Wireless Desktop Elite Keyboard that has like 534263543 buttons I never used. See how small it is!

user posted image

It has the best tactile feedback and key pressures of all the keyboards I've ever used, makes me doesn't want to get my hands off the keyboard. Seriously. The keyboard also comes with two additional USB ports on the back for easy hook-ups. Works on PC and Mac.

If you're looking for a clean, no-frills, old-school design keyboard that doesn't have a stupid windows flag button, you're gonna love this baby.

aaron chin always recommend stuff from internet or from australia..

most of us are in Kl mate, i think we prefer getting it here than ordering from the net. laugh.gif

but ur info is definitely useful. thumbup.gif

Rm250 for something like that. shocking.gif

i saw some mini keyboard with the price of less than rm50.

even if the quality is shit but u can buy 5 and after a years warranty and the keyboard F up. then just buy another one. thumbup.gif
