The game is not available yet, its under preorder list if you missed the part . I do not follow this game so not sure on the subscription part but usually

1. If its available sometimes sellers will sell game card for game time, not even sure whether this will be available.

2. Another option is that ask another person to handle the subs for you and you pay the person for the said service.
