how to burn arm fat, big arm makes me look fat. :(

i got big fat arm..i mean if follow the ratio of my overall body..
if only i can make my arm thin then it'll be perfect.. p/s- i have a C cup and my frens says is normal big breast girl comes with big arm.. |

i do think that cardio is important as it hav been 3 weeks now n i dont see any effect without cardio... lifting dumb bell is useless.. =(
