Today is renters market. Been like this since last year. Especially during a project just VP. Competition is high to rent out. Not all owners able to hold. Some owners will be desperate just want to rent out and hope for lesser competition 1 year after.

Yes, today renters market is not easy compare with the past, especially now very competition.
And i understand not all owners able to hold. But if the owners because want lesser competition, then desperate to rent out, don't you think this will affect their own future housing sales prices increase?

In my survey, around along the Jln. Kuching condo apartment is renting around 2 thousand empty unit and the full furnish unit around 2.5 thousand. And most of the unit is smaller compare to unit here, and the Boulevard Serviced Apartment environment concept is very nice. So, why that the householder need to put the rent so low. So why i said whose intend to rent out their units, it is better to discuss to control of the rental price. Their can build up a residents committee to handle about this.

Sorry, this is just my own opinion. I'm a Investment realty consultant, my job is focus for invest, so that i know this may influence the appreciation future and rent of the house.

so im wondering if other buyer who collected key get the same?

I think you may call developer ask for the key.
Also that, have you received a letter from the developer informing you to take the keys?
I saw got unit owner already have the key

Pass by just now. Can say occupancy rate at 0% currently.
Total darkness. Got few possibility:
1. Defect rectification.
2. Owner no time collect key.
3. Renovation still in progress.
4. Not able to rent out.

i think majority are defect and renovation. can see some light on units with curtain when i pass by around 8pm++

Please check yr unit carefully... As i know the developer try to cheapskate for all off their project, that why QC low... Previous Avare project near klcc, tenant sue this developer bcz many issue. LAD max claim from tribunal only 50k, developer already used BN datuk to seek help regarding this

But what we want is true evidence, not what I know.
You may know this is very important effect to this allegations.

- Freehold Property
- suitable for own stay and investment
- Potential of growth of commercial Business Park as the ONLY commercial area which such abundance of car park
- RM1000 to own the unit with Cash Back which can last more than half a year
- convenient as in the middle of KL City & PJ etc
- Nearby KL City, KL Metropolitan
