4.7L per bar is pretty close, because when my warning light comes on I can fit 30L. But the bars are not necessarily equal. My last bar, doesn't last more than 30-40 km even when the whole distance is done at 90 km/h non-stop on the highway. The actual usable amount of fuel from the tank is about 36L, this is the amount you can fill if you drive until you run out of fuel. 1 bar left and can't fill more than 25L? Perfectly normal. The warning comes in when you have about 10L (6L usable) left, so even at 9.6 km/L you still have a good 50 km to go. But do fill up as soon as possible.
