Hi guys it has been quite awhile since I last posted and I see lots of new members here, so a quick update on my ride year 2009,no problem till today and have been servicing peridiodcally at proton until my 80k which was 3 years and I decided to service outside.Earlier days some blmers were worried about getting 5w-30 in their ride claming it was not suitable.Currently I'm using 5w-30 after 80k mileage without any problems,no reduction in oil level or tappet sound.

Current suspension setup is zerone ssr300 along with Michelin ps3 195/50/r15
(Stiff with but suitable for daily driving 6k front 4k rear spring rate)

Engine oil:Eneos 5w-30(tried many engine oil but none were performing as good and quite as eneos)

Auto tranny:Mitsubishi diaqueen sp3(a lot better than than proton ATF)

Basic engine mods include drop in air filter,4-2-1 extractor,platinum-iridium spark plugs and voltage stabilizer.

All this changes and upgrade was done from the very day I got my car neglecting warranty from proton as I notice mechanic from smaller sc are incompetent and create more trouble to the car( not all mechanic but the newbies)

Future upgrade would be mivec biggrin.gif
