The software will only have root if its installed in the system in the first place.

So if its official / stock ROMs or zips that involve changing the /system partition, you will lose root.

Today my nexus4 got some loose screw sound inside of it!

damn, when i shake it, i can hear some tiny screw moving around lol.

should i lock it, flash stock ROM and send for RMA?
