ar... always? LOL some of the sales person thought that we need to do our "investigation" b4 asking "stupid" questions. from a customer point of view, if we r to do it ourselves then what is the sales person doing at the shop? "GOOD QUESTION" LOL...

usually i juz walk away when this happens... there r lots of other places where we can find things we want, so go to another shop like u've suggested, cycom and etc... which provide better "customer service".
