I repeat, BigRedBarr, don't simply badmouth the whole company. As far as I know, only 1 salesman was rude to him. This works out as slander... please hold further comments.
Calm down man, he has a right to voice his displeasure here. It's not like this is the first time a bad salesman has ruined the reputation of a store before, heck Osama single handedly ruined the reputation of Islam! 
Anyways, take a chill pill, and stop throwing the word slander around. I know you feel passionate about the company you work with now, but eventually as you get older you will get a better job elsewhere, and this will be but a distant memory...
