guys, I never know some people in the forum played this game too. My fault for never google in the first place though

been playing the game since open beta (regal supporter) and currently playing default. I got bad connection sometimes and always died on HC.

My main is LV81 Marauder groundslam+heavy strike, other chars are 2 templars LV72 LV80, both with full respec that I dont know which build to make.

Do we have a guild or something? Ive been playing solo most of the time.

Im thinking of doing cast on crit character, should I start with scion or shadow?

Scion or Shadow doesn't matter. Depends on what utility nodes you want. Scion is more flexible in that regard.

just started not long ago, from what i see can form own guild here =) currently trying out Ice Witch CI build. (died so easily)

CI isn't good till the late game. Unless you know the game inside out, you won't get far as a CI char.


Whatever the case is, hopefully I can find the pieces for my next build. LYN might enjoy my next showcase

Yeah. Stuff has changed. Just follow the basic premise and make your own build. I don't see why you need to blindly follow. Experiment abit, failure is okay. You'll enjoy the game more this way.

Also, sorry but I have my own group to play with. And I don't play Standard, only Hardcore-based leagues. Maybe ask around on /global 5055. There are nice people there.

Lol you never played diablo 3 before this? Path of Exile hardcore mode is a lot more forgiving.
Your character will simply be transferred to Standard League, with all equiped gears intact and becoming regular character. Whereas in D3 hardcore mode you toon die means everything bye bye .

Anyway you should try it if you liked, its for people who wanted to have a challenged testing out build that could survive wraeclast brutal monsters with ease. But your best option is to try out Domination leagues first before jumping to Nemesis.

Not sure cause I havent try it myself but this game is all about possibilities. I use warlord's mark to replenish mana, hitpoints and flask charges. Lots of things to try out and learn in this game.

hmm, i think is not an advantage point, since if my mana deplete too fast, im unable to use skil on them, and if i cant kill them fast, is hard to replenish my life and mana flask. i think i have to refund my unused passive

Its not a big deal. I delete my characters when they die. Think I've deleted a few 85+ ones.

Just use the refund points. But remember, respec doesnt come cheap once you used up all your refund points. You have to use Orb of regret to respec and they dont come by easily, the game doesnt provide full respec in one shot. Hence people usually resort to make a new character instead.
I look up the skill mind over matter. I think your mana pool is too little to use this skill early on, you need something like Eldritch Battery (another passive skill which is on the other side of the skill tree) which converts your energy shield into your mana pool.
