Anyone heard of Curves gym? Their concept is 30 minutes rotation on all gym equipments. They have around 9 branches currently in Klang Valley.

This gym is only for women. Membership is around RM100 if not mistaken.

Anyone is already member? What do you think of this concept?

There's something for everyone, as long as you have the $$$.

since it is only for women, this section 90% of forumer is male, of course la.

and many prefer guy and girl mix gym such as CF, TF and FF.

what's the point for a girl going to mix gym? Most of the guys there are gays anyway. Especially the good looking ones.

Then they can workout in peace without horny dudes staring at their arses.
