after install, all my apps need to update...

at least it is good Got Cortana working on my phone already too.

For those who can't access cortana, you need to soft reset/hard reset your phone. And when the first time it boots up set your keyboard/language region to US. And it will then ask u to setup Cortana. ^^

everytime i start up my fon, it said sc card problem.
When i check my data nothing change.

Lol, you should've set the language and region to US in the first place.
The first time I set up my phone, I already use US English because mau boikot UK english and want to get more apps in US store
So cortana worked right after I updated to WP8.1

+1 sticking to US settings now onwards too. Btw does the project my screen option works for u? Cuz It doesn't work for me :/

Nope, I might try to connect to my Smart TV. I think it only works for certain model.

languange

move up English US

delete english UK

then go swipe to application

activate cortana there
