Anyways here are the instructions.
1)Go to Wifi>[your wifi network name]>turn proxy one>type 117.135.139.179 for server if i'm not wrong and 8888 for port (remember to set your region to US!)
2)Go to store and click nokia collection, you should find pro cam in the list. If it says not compatible, press back and try again few secs later.
That's all!
Then to clear windows store cache.
1)Turn off proxy
2)Set your region to some other regions
3)Open windows store to let it load a new list up
4)Set your region back to US
5)Load a new list up again.

You're already on the latest!
Why you still want to update?
If you want you also can use NSU because the official version is already on it.

Do like me, flash old firmware and then OTA update xD

something missing update via nsu.

Wow already updated my 720. After over an hour! Glance is nice. Haven't tried other additional function yet. Except, there's an extra folder contain pictures that can be used as lock screen photo. Can adjust the screen color too.

can you try whether you get the double tap to wake feature?
I dont know if it comes with OTA or not..

nope don't have. Only peek, interval and always on

i google here and there cant find how to flash old firmware.
