i like how the rest builds mentioned below so far are so trollish but the one I mentioned is actually viable, that is if CM managed to farm up to EB but I've seen it.

Just yesterday, Armageddon Myanmar finalist or smtg, weaver the only carry with armlet, lost like shyt.

Technically, there's no such thing as a right or wrong build for any hero. On that note, I share some of my experiments:

Support Void - Orchid, Meka, Arghanim's, Refresher
Support POTM - Orchid, Meka, Dagon 5
Carry KOTL - Deso, Buriza, MKB, Butter, Heart
Carry Techies - Arghanim's, Buriza, MKB, Satanic, Hex

All played during DotA 1. MM on DotA 2 doesn't give one much space to try out troll builds.

utility jug-or-not

start : shoes, wards
core : arcane + meka, more wards

skill build - start with bladefury, max healing wards, lvl1 crit for laning purpose, ulti when possible.

whenever you max spinnyspinny or crit or stats after ward depends on how your game goes.

i like this build because
1. im a nub, i cant kill
2. jugg got nice base speed. 315
3. healing ward are cool buff, make your team last longer in teamfight (supposedly)
4. ability to switch to other role if needed.

played 2 pub games with this build, 1 win 1 lose.


the disadvantage is .... player in MM is so godlike , tend to be sifu to other

Yesterday gosucup third place decider, a guy from gameware who was playing od, he went for dagger n shadow blade build..interesting

shadow blade mirana, etheral blade after that quickly spam arrow starfall and max lvl dagon and leap to escape

I did that on my first game with CM lol because of FV.

I would just wait for him to ulti then go beside his chronosphere and ethereal form him and ulti outside his chronosphere. Damn epic. Late game I was spamming my Dagon.

something im fustrated about dota 2 is those newbie(who start dota at dota2) always pms-ing at my build (since im shift from dota War3.), apparently they not expose much.

thought themself using carry hero must us, support hero to support him but can even get to farm nor contribute to team fight... Got this time la i use bane team up with void and DR... at the end i become carry=.= cos they cant farm shit of them selves... some more blame me failed support cos i Dagon all the way ...

AM and QOP with dagger is epic

mid game must have tranquil and arcane. then build threads and phase. late game travel.

Last i play i meet a tuskar with this item build, dagger + dagon + ethereal blade
his method, throw ice 1st + charge ulti, blink in dagon then walrus punch!! dead in a second, damn epic. Its somehow funny that when we teamfight he just jump in kill the support in an instant. when he rich, even carry cant stand all the burst skill damage include ethereal blade. Pretty epic gameplay, and when i check his dota profile, most successful is tinker, that make me go like "ahh, no wonder". But still, quite and epic build. worth a try.

dagon and ethereal blade is good to burst damage. especially those with low dps.

lycan = blink dagger + dagon + force staff
Juggernaut = dagon + refresher..

not really out of the world.. but I saw once people do this type of funny build

so which boots will register as hero MS? the highest MS?

Not sure how it works in D2. In D1 it followed slot priority.

qop with power threads str agi int, boots of travel, mana shoe and healing shoe. shud be dendi who did it.
