i think you can get games via wap on your tx-60, i havent tried, on my 904t, but thats seems to be the best way to get games and apps.

but I am wondering are the java games tied to my sim card? Like I use another sim card to get my java games I wont be able to play it using my main one?

I used to dl games via wap using my 904t also.. but not much games.. for TX-60 also same using WAP.. but not much games as said.

The phone like ur songs , videos and other thing muz match with ur sim card.. if u change ur sim card means all the other stuffs like music all wont work as well..
