Malaysia. LOL. Cut story short, i bought black, end up Nokia replace new set for me which is white. Then the white i had a minor scratch on the back and i decided to change to matte black but no stock and they offered me grey. Then i was like WHAT???? You have GREY? So i changed to Grey by paying RM250 for it

But i actually just got them to change the housing for me. Not getting a physical set. So its still my original phone with a new housing which i paid for.

Unfortunately No. I wish they did too...

yeah i hate the glossy one as well. matte is really awesome. very good grip and nice built quality compared to glossy which is so plastic.

yellow and matte would be an awesome colour.

please go to amcorp mall. Its only about 700 below. I have checked this price with them directly. Go to service center. Can try ask them give you some discount also la. But definitely not more than 700. I cannot remember actual price but I've ask this before. So I can confirm. Look for Afzal. Very nice guy. I had very good experience with him. Even Nokia car charger I got it very good price from him. Its cheaper then buying from store. Store is about 100+ but from him I got it for rm60 double output car charger with 1.0amp x2. With two USB cable some more. But no box. Just sealed in plastic. With usual 6 months warranty.

Guys... FYI.

My Lumia 920 was stolen on 15th March. I have reported to Nokia to block the IMEI in case anyone tries to claim for warranty or anything like that.

Most distinct about my stolen phone is that, its GREY. I mentioned and posted picture of my phone before here if some of you might recall.

I changed my housing to GREY at Amcorp Mall. I am not sure how many of you have done so, but i guess im may be the only one at the moment. If you notice anywhere selling second hand GREY Lumia 920, kindly let me know please.

Also my phone has GREY Rock Case with it.There is a particular tiny scratch mark at the edge on the top front if you want to be sure.

hahahahahaha. Unfortunately i have changed all my passwords for all accounts which was in the phone.

Stupid of me for not having any screen locks. I had to protect my data as i have company email in there as well. Skydrive setting only allows upload via WIFI for best quality. I have been using that setting. So only if they connect to wifi the shots will be uploaded. When i came home, none of the photos i took that day was up in my skydrive. I decided to change all my passwords then. So i kinda gave up.

I was hoping Find My Phone works, but unfortunately it does not. Only portico had the function fixed. So unfortunately for me was not able to locate my phone.

Well me and my best friend both had issues with that function. You go into the function and click "ON" and when you go back, under Find My Phone it shows OFF.

go back into the setting its ON.

But tested locating my phone , it failed.\


Anyway, i forget about it already. Lost is lost. I got myself Xperia Z now.

But my point of this is to inform you guys not to buy GREY Lumia 920 second hand as it most likely may be my phone and warranty is no longer covered. I have a confirmation from Nokia Malaysia that the IMEI has been blocked completely for Warranty claims.

is there anyway to get location data out of the photo? any particular software to use?

Well GPS info is availabe in EXIF if you have GPS tag enable in camera. I have it enabled as i confirmed on my latest upload from the phone. however it seems that this person has disabled GPS tag as there is no data on GPS in the photo. i use opanda EXIF viewer.

IP Address ? what can i do with that?

the passwords has already been changed. wont be able to get more photos. but im still wondering how come the picture was still able to be uploaded when i actually changed password on the same day itself. anyhow, i know which exact house he is in.

seems to be a rich fella cause his house is at Sunway QUAY.
