Seems like it's not available in the list of smartphones for the rebate.

i find that for me, the search button is quite useful actually...
kinda save a bit of time when searching stuff, rather than go to internet explorer to do so...
the only time that button made me angry is when i accidentally press it when snapping photos

3 basic things i want the most - notification center, X button to close apps in task manager, and file manager.

Android's notification center is a pull down from the top, for windows phone, i think it'd be nice to be a right swype (and just like the home screen, u can scroll through up and down). It would also be nice if the notification center has some live tile look (instead of just lists of words)  and connectivity shortcuts on top. Now home screen only have left swype, no right swype. Just borrow some idea from Meego with the swype gestures.

Anyone using official twitter apps? I have problem with notifications, it says that i have too many apps using push notifications. But as long as I remembered, I only have whatsapp that shows notifications. 

there are 2 notifications app coming, from 2 different devs. can check out WPC for the articles.

eh I got very serious problem with my phone.

the second I make a phone call. the screen light goes black or turn off.

anyone else facing this problem ?

ive tried adjusting the screen time out and also restarted the phone but the same problem still persist.

Btw, do note that users report that the casing is causing some blemishes to the phone back casing due to uncertain reason. You can refer here at WPCentral forum

bought another gps holder,
this one the lower kaki doesnt cover speaker grills, ngam ngam sit at our lumia screws..

the neck is made from plastic, one piece, cannot be bent, only can adjust angle since its using ball end joint,
not sure how it perform when in car.

i think the neck is abit long, which is good in some way cos it nearer to u, however it also means the pivot also longer, and since our lumia so heavy, not sure the suction cup can tahan or not..
but the assembly seems more better than my previous Little Wagon holder (made of many parts, so more loose joints if u not check and tighten everything properly)
