sure its whatsapp? what bout wechat? My battery drained 30% overnight without me touching it. Data is on though.

sure la, dont have wechat. but i disabled wifi, all is good as usual.

Everything close. Email sync only once an hour. If I have apps on background opened I wouldnt have complaint.
Mine disable and battery dropped drastically as well. I htink I have a faulty battery.

can just walk to nokia care center and ask for change?
my battery can't last a day..prox around 8-12h..data on background only ie..email as item arrive..other than that weather,proshot and cellular live tile..
is it the batteries?too much live tile? or the data network?mine not yet on 1380 fw btw..

I'm having problems receiving notification lately on WeChat and also Whatsapp.

I have to open the app to get my Notifications. This is really killing my experience with Windows Phone as of late.
Both app on WeChat and Whatsapp is running on the background but yet they don't give me the notifications.
It is also pinned on my home screen. How to fix this...

32GB is enough for me on any phones, even my tablet on 8gb is enough for me.
Not having a memory card slot bothers you that much? Why not delete things that you don't even use.
Battery cannot be changed? Not really a problem as I've never had any battery problems before when I use iPhone 3G or even 4.

The problem for me now is that notification on my Lumia 920 seems to be dead.
Need to open the app to receive notification? This is just crazy.

Will uninstall and reinstalling remove all my old messages on Whatsapp and Wechat? I was planning to do it but I'm afraid of the history being wiped out. Edit: Guess it will be wiped out. So it's a no no to me. Meh this sucks.. WP8 sucks.

1 thing I notice. Whatsapp will not notify if you are in the app itself and your phone is locked. But once you quit the app, notification will be there again.

Some blame for developer while others blame for WP. Perhaps both also got issue.

in between,  I just found that sound quality of wechat VoIP seems better than Viber. I thought Viber is better and famous

I dont recommend selling used smartphones. You wont know if the phone lands in the hands of someone with bad intentions who is a skilled hacker; despite you reformatting your phone (in fact, everyone does before selling) data can be recovered. Windows Phone maybe still secure for now, but you wont know if it'll become a big shot OS in 2 years, and higher popularity wil make it less secure. My drawer have like, 5 phones i used for the past few years, never sold any.
