no, i mean even if using touch screen or button, it still come out blurry.
i think the camera mechanism itself is stupid..
i assume, when we take a picture,
1. we snap the picture
2. focus (lens is moving)
3. light enters the sensor
4. after finish then only lens should retract to default position
but for this phone, i think

4. the lens already retract to default position BEFORE actual process of image capture done/finish
thats why always blurry
i think nokia wants to show how fast the phone is ready for the next picture..

there is a blog explaining why the pictures are blurry.
it has something to do with the focus itself; in order to let more light in, it does not focus only the object we want to take the picture of, instead it tries to put everything in the frame in focus. when we snap, the lens would still move a bit, trying to keep focus on everything, rather than the object we want to focus only.
